Upload and Content Policy
1. Authority
Upload only content you are legally entitled to use. For a child, you must have parental responsibility or other authority. You need permission from every other person depicted or recorded.
2. Permitted content
Suitable family photographs, names, personal story details and voluntarily supplied voice recordings may be uploaded to create a private personalised product.
3. Prohibited content
Do not upload:
- material for which you lack required rights;
- intimate or sexual material without provable consent;
- any sexualised depiction of a minor;
- content promoting violence, abuse, hatred, discrimination or self-harm;
- identity documents, financial data, passwords or unnecessary highly sensitive information;
- material intended for deception, blackmail, reputational harm, political manipulation or crime;
- a voice intended for unauthorised impersonation, authentication or circumvention of security;
- malware, automated attacks or technically harmful files.
4. Quality requirements
Photographs should be clear, well lit and free from strong filters, with the subject visible. Voice recordings should be clear, without background music and recorded with the speaker’s permission.
5. Review and action
We may use automated filters and human review. Where justified, we may block an upload, request evidence, refuse an order, delete content and make a legally required report. You may request review of an automated block through [email protected].
6. Reporting infringement
To report an infringement affecting you or a child, send the relevant order/file reference, a description, contact details and evidence of authority to [email protected].
7. Consequences
We may restrict or terminate accounts and cancel orders following a breach. A customer is responsible under applicable law for loss caused by culpably unauthorised content; this provision does not create an unfair expansion of legal liability.
